PICKING ERROR AS IS ITEM

Hi, Once again HSN Warehouse sent me the wrong as is item today. I ordered DG2 Jacket 937199 with lace sleeves. Today I received DG2 white denim jacket with a large lemon on the back. I’m returning Tuesday USPS after the Holiday. Please waive my shipping fee’s to return the picking error order. Thank you. Elizabeth Niksa

Hi beth. I think this should be posted to customer service within community. The reps are excellent to work with you to.right the wrong. Also, not a good idea to post your name online. Hope this gets things on a better foundation.
