PICKING ERROR AS IS ITEM
Hi, Once again HSN Warehouse sent me the wrong as is item today. I ordered DG2 Jacket 937199 with lace sleeves. Today I received DG2 white denim jacket with a large lemon on the back. I’m returning Tuesday USPS after the Holiday. Please waive my shipping fee’s to return the picking error order. Thank you. Elizabeth Niksa

@beth62 I’m sorry we dropped the ball with this item. I see it was “as-is” and the inventory was likely mis-labeled in error. We want every order to be perfect. On 9/3/2026 I show the return shipping waived and you will be refunded in full. I hope all of your future orders are perfect if you give us another chance. Hi beth. I think this should be posted to customer service within community. The reps are excellent to work with you to.right the wrong. Also, not a good idea to post your name online. Hope this gets things on a better foundation.
