ORDER NOT RECEIVED

placed an order on May 15. Originally it said it should arrive by 9/25 but the entire time the status has stayed at “packaging”. I seriously doubt I’m getting it by the 25th. I wish I hadn’t used my HSN card because I have already paid for the initial FlexPay charge for this!
