No Garment measurements
Today while shopping on HSN I have found so many brands, MarlaWynne, G by Giuliana… etc… who are not posting garment measurements on many items. Remarked about this two weeks ago and I see nothing has changed. How is one supposed to gauge sizing on individual items? Hopefully CS will see this.

Frankly, it is annoying and becoming costly in return shipping charges. We need clear, concise measurements listed.

I have asked several times on the CS section for actual garment measurements – most recently in the last couple of weeks I requested …. To no avail. Nothing was done. I gave item number and the description of the item… nothing. I posed this question – how can we purchase and avoid returns if HSN can’t be bothered to post garment measurements on all fashion items. And Quarate corp wonders what they can do to retain and gain more customers…. Hmmmm they could listen to what the customer needs for starters.
