That extra flap at the lower edge of today’s tunic looks like something a child might have dreamed of. It’s embarrassing on a piece of so-called adult clothing.

She explained, she intentionally left extra stretchy fabric because the chifon is not stretchy, for comfort. I thought the same as you at the beginning, but her explannation made sense. I will order a piece and try it on to make up my mind 🙂
