Missing trenchcoats……

I ordered 2 of the G by Guliana trenchcoats when this item was a Today’s Special.
It’s been 2 weeks and my order status remains label created ……anyone else waiting for this item? HSN has been very good with me about shipping items in a timely fashion, and I’ve ordered and received items since the trenchcoat purchase.
Hopefully someone can shed light on this issue…..thank you in advance!
