Missing item
I just received my recent order. However, when I got the box, it is partially open and 1 item is missing. I ordered 3 pairs of pants and only 2 pairs are inside. DO YOU REFUND FOR MISSING ITEM IN DELIVERY?

That happened to me once. I called customer service and they sent a replacement.

You can contact customer service within community by going to the customer service thread. You can also do chat by going to your order. Chat and or a phone call from them can be seen on your order page. I have used this format many times and it takes no time at all to iron out the problem.
