i really adore her.– some of her things are cute but they are not my style Very practical.
the sweatpants looked lovely. i buy alot of DB2. some GUILIANA AND I ‘VE TRIED SKINNY GIRL FOR A FEW things. Marla’s colors are a bit drab fo rme. but the quality seems great.

Everything is not for everyone….but the quality of her items are TOP NOTCH! EXCELLENT! CAN’T BE BEAT!

  Yes, I’m a big fan and have quite a few of her pieces. I’ve learned the hard way that her boxier items add too much volume to my figure. Otherwise, I’ve been very pleased with what I’ve purchased.

What do I think! Well firstly I bought the White Sweater in a small around 3:20PM my time (I am on the West coast) and it was NOT ON WAITLIST! In fact an hour later they were saying they only had about 15 in the small in white. Well Guess what ladies…. I look ay my order status and my sweater is on Waitlist!!! So NOW HSN is over selling and putting you on waitlist whether you ordered it that way or not!! A customer service rep had the nerve to tell me I ordered it on waitlist. Like I have dementia or something and I don’t know I ordered it that way!
NO I DID NOT. I would NOT have ordered it if that was the case. Big liars as far as I am concerned.
They know EXACTLY what they are doing. AlsoMarla does this every single time and that is she NEVER has enough of the smaller sizing. WHY??? I’m ready to close my account and not shop here anymore.

Well guess what ladies I checked today on the status of my order and it is on WAITLIST!! I am NOT happy. A customer service rep had the nerve to tell me I ordered it knowing it was on waitlist!! Like I have dementia and I don’t know I ordered a waitlist item!! I DID NOT! If I thought it was on waitlist I would never order it. So they are over selling KNOWING the orders will be on waitlist and I am tired of the BS. In addition the sweater is NOT high quality period. It is really overpriced.
The “blend” she tried to spin as being luxury is not! And you have to hand wash it too! No thanks.
Also WHY doesn’t Marla have more in the smaller sizes….WHY. It is ridiculous. I am ready to call it quits here. Tired of all the BS. If I told you what I have gone through here over the last 6 months you wouldn’t believe it. Dirty tissue and sewing kit in what I THOUGHT was a brand new Patricia Nash Bag!! Last week a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes that when they arrived ALL the stuffing was out of the right one AND it was out of the plastic bag! Someone had tried it on and they had damp DIRTY FEET & you could SEE THE DIRT that had dried inside the shoe!!! GROSS!!! Anyone who has purchased her shoes KNOWS how much stuffing is in the shoe such as cardboard inserts with packing paper crumpled up in a toe shape , then the same for the heel. Each shoe is in a plastic bag. So either this was a return OR someone in there distribution center decided to stick her smelly dirty foot in the shoe! Left ALL the packing out, it was unzipped and just thrown in the box!!! HSN offered me $20…..!!!! There were 5 other items with similar issues. I could go on and on. I am disgusted and sad that they are getting worse and worse
