Marla Wynne/ Sunday Fashion Edit
Looking at Marla present her turtleneck butterfly tee…I have several of her butterfly tees and noticed that they peel. She just mentioned that she read our comments about the peeling, agreed and decided to improve the fabrication. She didn’t ball up and explode due to constructive criticism. She didn’t pretend there wasn’t a problem and continue to crank out the same problematic fabric but opted to learn, grow from the experience and be better. My kind of girl! That’s why she will always get my coins.

I love this! She is such a professional and actually cares. I love your animations on this site, for some reason I can’t even post my picture rather than the egg! So lame! 😂

I love your comments. It is Sheba that makes the lovely animations! ❤️ Thank you both!

Thank you Jackiebouvier.

Hi Skingirl! How are you today? I missed most of the show today but happy to read your post about Marla’s statement. That is a winning attitude to have and I will look forward to her new fabrication. I have never bought a butterfly tee and always wondered how they fit and if the material was clingy. A lot of those jersey knits are awful. I am thinking of getting the crescent hem sweater because the material is light but more substantial than the butterfly tee.

Hi Kittengirl. Yes, I agree some jersey knit fabrics are very unflattering. Not Marla’s due to the cut. Her butterfly tees kind of swing away from the body. I will say they are cut boxy so you’ll either like the look or hate it. I’m getting that new pant she featured in the merlot. It reminded me of the trouser version of the recent Yummie TS. She also has a similar color called merlot. I love the quality and fit of her pants. I too am getting that crescent top in berry to match those trousers. My first two purchases of the season. Have a great week 😊

I do have the crescent sweater and it is great. Sorta reminds me of a very fine gage linen and cashmere. I had a butterfly tee once and found it comfortable and no cling! Her dress she had as a TS is fabulous! It is very flattering and does not look bulky, it glides down your body helping smooth things out. The sleeves are tight which I like. You have to find your own style with her clothes. The flatter shorts are the best I have ever worn. They get a lot of wear here in Texas! The 14 fits perfect if you are up a few pounds or down. 🌻

Good info Jackiebouvier. Thank you and I agree about finding your particular style fit with this line. I am a large across the board but tend to size down to a medium in her toppers. Her shirts/tees I buy true to size.

Of course I meant the 14 fits me….. not others! Geez!

Yep, I totally understood what you meant. I was just adding my experience with her drama kimonos. I said toppers but I should have said the kimonos I size down to medium. All these terms and labels can be a bit much. 😊

Please, please, please Marla show your clothing line on shorter models so we have a reference point. Everything looks good on tall models but those of us who are short (5’3″ 150 Ibs) cannot always pull off some of your styles and viewing them on shorter models would be a big help in making decisison rather than the cost of shipping and handling to return. Love your clothing line and your fun and knowledgeable presentations. Would love some petites as well. Always look forward to your shows so keep up the good work.

Skingirl thanks for posting about this. I appreciate that attitude in a vendor too. I have several pieces from Marla that are all holding up well…… if I could only take her advice to buy better and buy less…..

Hey Mooncat3! I totally agree. Me too…buy better is the easy part. Pray over my soul to buy less! 😊🙏
