Excuse me. I have been an HSN customer for over 40 years before there was an app. and listen very well. A customer should not have to open an app or check their laptop to order. Keep in mind that everyone is not sighted, so I stand by exactly what I said. Most of us don’t need to be told where to wear an piece of clothing, just give us the details of what’s being sold. That’s time better spent.

I don’t think you are listening closely. The hosts give the inseam measurements of pants, and they give length measurements of tops, shirts, coats, etc. They always give fabric content, too. And they say the original price, the comparable price, and the sale price right in the beginning. Plus, the price is right there on the screen the whole time! Open the app on your phone and look at the item which has the complete description, fabric content, etc. I always have my app open when I am watching.

How about giving front and back rises on jeans, especially on dg2 .

Drives me crazy. I yell at the tv, “length, its length with skirts and dresses, stop saying inseam” !
