Iman Global Chic

A few months back ordered some petite pants from her. Before, they were always the right length. This time they were so long I was walking on the bottom of the pants. The tag on them said petite, but no way were they petite. I do not trust her sizing anymore, so probably will no longer buy her pants.

GUILIANA FAUX LEATHER BLAZER IS really gorgeous. as im losing weight it’s looking better. it is made narrower than usual for a medium but i am determined to fit into it. i really like the feel of it. very soft and real looking in black.

i found dg2’s blazer and pants ponte HIGH HIGH QUALITY better than what i ve bought in department stores and IMAN’S tops high high quality. i don’t see anything cheap from china. disagree

My husband works for a company whose products are made in China and sold to retailers. They’re always on the lookout to make it faster and cheaper in other countries. The buyer isn’t aware. Iman, like other Vendors may have the designs but have no say in which country the items are made. Customer service, fabrics, quality lay in the hands of the factory. They then select a few good pieces to be worn by on air models and presented to the public. Does Iman own her own name/company? If not, she may not have any say so of her line.

IMANS WRAP tank is gorgeous. and i found it weith sleaves. i got the one in sleaves in black and bought the sleeveless tanks in EVERGREEN AND PINK. GORGEOUS AND VERY high end looking
i also bought Guiliana’s faux leather blazer. stunning. so soft and really gorgous looking

G BY GUILIANI AND DG2 AND IMAN AND SKINNY GIRL ARE Better quality than dept stores and stores i have bought. i love how the blazers are made with DG2 the arm holes are made so well THEY WILLNEVER TEAR. I cannot tell you how many expensive suits i had wehre the linings wripped after a while. The way these are made they have an edging by the armhole. it’s made almost like a vest. she also put slits in the jacket in the front. so sexy and classy. love her ponte stretch blazers. bought 4 of them with matching pants. They are like $500 suits for 80 for blazer and 48 for pants. great buys. they are almost sold out good for any size lady.
i threw out 7 garbage bags full of old clothes (dontated them actually) and filled my closets iwth DG2 GLAZER AND BOOT CUT PONTE PANTS. I am loving the clothes and HSN. great quality you just have t learn the sizing and what looks good on you.

I just bought her jeans that were the Today Special and I love them they are the best fitting jeans I ever bought.I ordered three more jeans.I am so impressed with the jeans.They fit me perfectly.I see she has some tops but I didn’t like them I will check out DG2 for tops and I saw a nice Skinny Girl sweater.I never bought from Iman before but I will stock up on her jeans in all colors.

i bought some of Diane Gilmen’s gorgous ponte suits blazer and slacks.
once of the colors i bought was a snakeskin jewel green. Iman’s tank in evergreen looks like it could look gorgeous with that or the black suit i bought as well.
i liked the way it looked on tv and it got good reviews. doesn’t look cheap at all. i will see when i get it.
i bought Diane’s easy tank tank everyone raves about and it’s too boxy and wide on me. i order her medium but i am afraid if i order the small it will be too short. I am trying Iman’s gorgous wrap tank.

Yes!! Im a diehard Iman fan, and my entire closet is Iman. However, these pieces are hideous. The prints and patterns are all over the place and just plain ugly. Very outside her norm but kudos for thinking outside the box? Lol trying to put a positive spin on it!

My whole closet is from Iman, and I must say I have been so disappointed lately in what I have ordered. It seems her fabrics are cheap. I have received tops that are so wrinkled that no amount of ironing will get them to look right. I also ordered three pairs of her jeans that were the TS special last week and they are nothing like the ones in the past. The fit is way off and the buttons look worse than what Walmart would sell. I had such high hopes when she returned but am very dissatisfied.
I have spent a small fortune on returns and it has taken so long to receive some of the items. I did like her pallazo pants though and her matching scarves and purses.

Hoping that the fall collection brings more texture, deep rich colors and classy flare,
she does it so very well !!

I purchased a few pieces when she returned there was nothing “chic” about them kind of cheap looking. I will not purchase in the future.

I agree also the style and the materials are no longer to my liking…don’t know what happened to her line…it’s a shame…..

I agree. Too much polyester and that definitely stops me from buying. I have not purchased anything from her since her return because of the poor material she chooses. I hope she uses Breathable fabrics like cotton again.
