I’m impressed! And SICK of the complainers!
We should all take a second to realize that HSN did a very difficult move up to Pennsylvania after being based in Florida for so long, I think it’s ridiculous how many people are complaining about the set and the models when they have only been up there for maybe two months now! I’m sure they are going to open more sets for HSN in the future and that everything is under construction so that they can be perfectionist when it comes to creating the sets. I think a majority of the models have been really great, especially because they’re NEW! They have also gotten better over the past few months. Yes some are training and that is fine because we are all adjusting!
I admire the hosts and models positivity through this time while they are being ripped to shreds for no reason! Give it time and it will be even better than before, a little positivity can go a long way!

HSN could discontinue live models altogether if they wanted to. They could present the clothes and use AI generated models to show customers how they would look when on. In other words, be grateful that things are the way they are for now because it could be a lot worse. Personally I think the current models are doing a good job.

Agreed. So tired of the mean comments.

Opinions. Good or bad… are like noses. Some are better than others! 😉

They should have stayed in Fla.

They knew the move was coming long before it came. They should have prepared the sets for better presentations. In my opinion, a good host can be a good host in any environment. As far as expressing opinions and concerns, I agree, leave personal attacks out of it. If it is any other problem, air it out. Do something about. Being a cheerleader isn’t the answer nor is constant complaining. I assume these posts are read by someone other than ourselves. If they are, these posts are the only vehicle we have to voice concerns, compliments, etc.

Cookie, I agree with you they can’t make adjustments if they don’t know how we all feel if we are customers that just stop buying but they never know why we just stop buying or are going to stop buying they can’t change or make an adjustment people or tell us why they can’t change you’re making adjustment. Just like when you’re on the job if the boss doesn’t like something you’re doing but he never tells you so you can make an adjustment then you can never change and make that adjustment

I agree with you about constructive criticism being useful. Unfortunately, a lot of the complaints are about things that can’t be fixed, like forcing models to move.

Looks like it’s time to downsize like most companies are having to do these days.Is it sad YES,It’ll never be the same as we used to know it. Walked in Kohls and JCPenney they are not the same, either.Made me feel sad, good old days are gone.

O yes the old JCPenneys and Kohls💗 I miss all the old stores too! They made the mistake of changing too much….. if HSN would just stay true to who they are and what was working, they could succeed. If they keep changing too much I don’t know. Like you said change is hard and it’s easy to see alot of disappointment lately with the customers. Maybe they will listen to what everyone is feeling. Trying to give it time and I’m hoping for the best!! I do love HSN and QVC and can’t imagine not having those options! I even just like having them on as background noise alot of the time😊

I agree, too. I think the problem is simply unfamiliarity. People don’t like change.

Agree OP!
