I have to return a sweater that just looks terrible on me. It is a Guilanna balloon sleeve & shows great in the presentation.

I either pay $7.95 or ship my own & pay less. I will opt for my way and it reminds me of how expensive it can be if items we fall in love with, just don’t work for us.

So for me, I won’t be buying anything I am not absolutely positive will be just right for me.

Wow! Thanks for the info on shipping back on your own, Waterwoman. I used to do it that way too and found it cheaper but you just updated me on the new facts of return shipping life Much appreciated!

Update – I usually get a better deal shipping a return “my way” – not with this Guilanna sweater! I paid $14.95 to ship it back – my fault, should have used the HSN $7.95 fee – I will forever more be very careful & probably not purchase clothes again.

I was already at the Post Office & would have had to go home & repackage with new label, etc.

Waterwomen, same here. I fell for it again x 3 returns due to fit. No clothes or shoes for me, only an occasional piece of jewelry. Happy 2024 to you!
