HSN models back please!!!!!
Why can’t they have a small studio in Florida for the models there to model the clothes at least when there are today’s special value clothing.
They can still communicate with the hosts but it’s just like they are in a different room.
I hate the way the models are presented now we are lucky if we get 1 model and they are very inexperienced I can’t believe being so close to Philly and New York this is the best they can get?
For me seeing all the different models in 1 room styled different ways helped me visualize how I could style the garment.
I feel like I’ve bought much less the way they show the clothing now.
HSN/QVC give us what we want! We want our Florida models back on HSN!!!
Cut the fat in other places, like some ego driven executive who thinks he knows more about the customer than we do.
I love my QVC models on QVC but I want my old HSN models to be back on HSN. They made the show and clothing come alive.
Another thought, perhaps fly in the models to PA for the TSV?
I’m not going to buy if I don’t like the way the item is presented, the models actually sell the clothes not the rambling hosts who are scrambling to sell the item and fill in time because they have nothing to show. Seeing something on a hanger does not help me visualize the item and how it might look on me!
Come to the light HSN/QVC

I have complained multiple times about the lack of any plus models wearing the items being sold on the actual presentation site. I am tired of the XS/S models being in all of the pictures. For example, Nina Leonard’s weekly deal drop sweater has one model for all colors. I like to see models of different sizes excluding Cate who is looking great!
-
I think if the models had more space to actually model the clothes it would help. The set looks really small so they just stand there side by side often. In Florida, they created runway set sometimes or the model would come out the door openings and walk in and actually move around on the floor to model the clothes. It was exciting to see. The direction of these models are boring and the set looks tiny.

I miss the Florida models and it’s definitely an adjustment getting used to new models. What’s missing for me as a long time customer is the ability to gauge the correct size for me based on models I’ve been watching for many years. Also some of the models would wear mics and give their opinion while modeling which I thought was very refreshing. Not that I expected them to say anything negative. QVC does this with their popular models as well.

I agree…the quality of the models currently on HSN is lacking. Models showcase the product. I hate to say it, but many (not all) of the them look frozen like deer in headlights afraid to move, turn, or strike a pose. The hosts do a better job of modeling than the actual models. Come on HSN get with the program!

Liz from Nakery has been bringing her FL models to PA with her, love seeing them !!
-
Agreed.

-
The quality of the models has not been corrected
-
I agree, a lot of the models are squeezed into sizes too small. Maybe they would look and feel more professional if they were wearing the correct size. Just a thought. The models have to know they don’t look their best.
Sadly, what I am seeing makes me think HSN doesn’t care enough. It’s a get by, bare minimum mentality. This is my opinion. One poster brought up that maybe long time shoppers have higher expectations. I know I do. -
Hi @mamasuee, @luvs_pretty_thin & everyone, we truly appreciate all of your honest feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience! You might consider following them on their socials to see where they are now. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our models so we can make future considerations going forward.
-
I love the PA models. Stop the foolishness.
-
Agreed. I thought Faye was really good and a perfect “average ” size and now haven’t seen her either. I wish they would give them all a chance.
-
I like the qvc models but most of the new HSN models don’t look happy to be there, they don’t bring any life to the product. Some are ok but most are not, I see they are bringing up some of the Florida models for some shows. Thank you HSN!
-
I like them, too Hope over time others will feel the same.Do I miss the other girls ?? Yes! But I see I must move on and that’s what I’m doing.
-
It’s not about moving on it’s about getting the right person for the right job! Some of the new girls are good but most look very unhappy to be there!
I can’t believe being so close to PA and NY this is the best they can do.

I miss seeing the older models. Where are they now? I know we will have to get use to the new models. No offense . We will miss the older ones. miss their beautiful smiles. Energy and presentation. Praying they will find joy and happiness.
-
excuse me but maybe you have to get used to the new models but I dont just as I dont have to make any purchases from somewhere that doesnt appreciate my doing so, It is your attitute that makes it easy for the hsn and others to do what they want and ignore the ones who keep them in business, and the ones like me and others who voice our opinion and why who will force change and sometimes its so much more than observing models,

I agree with luvs_pretty_thin’s post. The new HSN models are clearly not wearing their correct sizes. Not only do they not look or move like professional models but they are sausaged into sizes that are unbecoming to their figures…ie: sizes too small for their body type.
-
This post is ridiculous, the Philadelphia models are doing great. Move on, they’re not flying the Florida models up frequently! The expenses for that are ridiculous and there’s no way HSN is swinging that.
Most people are throughly enjoying the Philadelphia Models. Learn to like them or stop watching. Quit the complaining.
-
Don’t tell people not to express their opinion.Who are you?
-
Hmmmmm I guess they decided to fly some of the Florida models up to PA after all!
Guess my idea was not so crazy!!
-
-
I’m completely puzzled by the obsession with models. There are post after post after post about models. It’s weird, imho.
-
Agreed
-
Because they sell the product!!! Have you looked at fashion magazines? Commercials? Why do they hire the best of the best? Because they sell the product!
If I don’t like the way it looks on the model I can’t envision myself in it. -
Absolutely it matters! and QVC has kept all of their models in place.
-
-
Is nothing wrong with the Philadelphia models, they are learning good, you Just got to get used to them, and give them a chance, and you making fuss over nothing
-
I guess I wasn’t the only one who felt this way! They are bringing up some of the Florida models at least for some shows!
-
Learning? Oh please.
