Getting REALLY annoyed at prices changing on items purchased earlier in the day
It is really frustrating to buy an item shown during the first half of the day’s presentations of a designer, only to see the price reduced on the same item in an evening presentation on the same day (Iman dress, 9-11pm). I do not have time to babysit the pricing of an item all day to make sure I get charged the lower price. Decide what the price of an item will be for that day and keep it the same price ALL DAY. Stop the nonsense!

Oh My…..I have been there and I sympathize. This was happening too often and so I put the item I purchase into favorites. That way I can make a decision whether or not to contact CS for the difference. It is always fun to get the difference. In your case, I would contact Custome rService for a price change. I usually use CHAT because it is faster and convenient. I do a copy and paste of the Item Number (the long number, not the six digit one) . You will find CHAT in your Order Summary on the left. Hope this helps you for today and in the future.

I agree as it happened to me as well. Also, just listening to presentations, occasionally glancing, decide to purchase, then realize the price the host said was no longer the price shown on the screen. I am shopping less & less

Our Miss Regina is always more than helpful with Price Adjustments over at your Customer Service…

Thanks to all who replied. I do have a favorites list and do use the chat when I have an issue. But, since this seems to be happening more and more, I just don’t want to keep having to to go back and get price adjustments, especially not on the same day I order something. Shipping charges are out of control as well. I’ll just be ordering less, if at all.

I bought some Tarte products right before they went on and then the prices dropped. I went on my products ordered and cancelled right away then rebought with the new price. Worked for me. I also notice if they start processing it it won’t work.
