I purchased the Mauve leather jacket at midnight when I saw it because I just loved the color. I knew it would sell out so I wasn’t going to waste anytime on that jacket. After the 2nd presentation I decided to purchase the blue slate because I thought the color was unique. I have been checking my order status for the mauve jacket and it just was stuck on ordering even though they charged my credit card. The blue jacket went though & I got a tracking # & it arrived last week.It only made more excited to received the Mauve jacket because the quality was excellent. This weekend it was returned even though it NEVER was SHIPPED. I am just so angry that I did everything right & ordered it right at midnight and yet everyone who ordered after me got their jacket & I did NOT. They are losing their most loyal customers & this is why. This isn’t the 1st time but it is the 1st time I really wanted something and I didn’t receive it. My garbage goes out tomorrow & I was so mad that I went & pull all the packing materials for the blue jacket. It might be returning it because everytime I wear it I am going to be madd all over again about the mauve jacket.

…,Then there’s this issue as well…….

9 out of the last 12 orders I have placed have gone to never-never land with untraceable orders with no delivery date….it forces me to just wait around for when it might show up:

It either shows up with some rando dude putting it on my step then driving off OR it NEVER delivers at all.

You might not be missing much a friend of mine received the mauve and said she is going to return it the color is very dark and not as attractive in person as it appeared on the presentation also, she said the sleeves were very long for a petite she is 5’1.
If the sleeves were not long, she would return it anyway because the color is dark and drab.
I also don’t receive a lot of orders from HSN the jewelry isn’t in the box sometimes or I just don’t receive the package. Very annoying.
