G by Giuliana Coat Sizes

Why did HSN change the sizing chart for the today’s special. They first had on there a chart that by it I wore a large. Now, I look at it and it is totally different. I can even wear a small by this chart. But I can wear medium in certain coats because I wear medium in blouses. Anyone knows about her size chart for coats?
