Disappointed
Bought Joy Mangano 26″ luggage … First time used the outside split and peeled/retractable handle did not extend/all zippers inside & outside were difficult/ no side assist handle/ball roller wheels stuck … Halfway through trip bought replacement and threw this one out … Never again Joy!!!!!
