DG2 pedal pushers
How do your DG2 new pedal pushers fit? Hoping they’re as good as they sounded!

Did you purchase them? I didn’t.
I watched the presentation though. Based on what the host and Diane were saying, I was like they’re going to have sizing complaints and looking at the reviews it does seem to be the case.
When I review an item, I always state the color I purchased, what my true size is vs the size I purchased.
When making a DG2 purchase, I’ve learned to look at the “details” section which tells you about the fabrication and how much spandex.
Based on the amount of spandex I know if I should stay true to size or size down.
With these particular peddle pushers the indigo and chambray have 5pct spandex and the other colors have only 3pct.
Reading the reviews many said the peddle pushers were too small and a few said that they sized down.
Unfortunately, most of these people didn’t indicate what colors they purchased which might help others decide if the ones with more spandex allow one to size down.
Personally when I see her jeans have 3pct spandex I always stay true to size. When she’s had jeans with that crazy 8pct spandex, I size down.
I also pay attention to how they fit the models who are my size.
Throughout the presentation various host and Diane herself were suggesting to size down.
I was like oh boy. People, please read the detail section.
If you purchased, I hope they work for you. 😊

Thanks so much for all your insights, Skingirl. I had the medium chambray on waitlist and after reading the reviews, I cancelled them last night. Of course this morning I woke up to see a bunch of positive reviews. I had ordered my true size but reviews were saying even those were snug in the waist which is my problem area. The 5% spandex might have made them stretchy enough to fit but snug can be so hot in summer weather. You are so right; it would help so much if reviewers would focus on color and true size vs size ordered. I did appreciate the focus on rise which is mostly what made my decision to cancel.

I got the gray, white, and chambray. I just don’t get the bad reviews…especially the ones saying hardly any stretch in the waist. I am normally a size small and got the XS. They fit perfectly and there is a lot of stretch in the waist but they don’t stretch out of shape. They would have been a little too large if i had gotten my normal size small. I wore the chambray all day yesterday and they never stretched out of shape and they are so comfy! Even though I am 5’6”, I got the tall so that when I sit down, the leg opening wouldn’t be in the middle of my knee. And they are the perfect length. For reference, I am 120 lbs with a 26” waist and 37” hips.

Hi Nitestar. Love your screen name!
I think body shape has a lot to do with fit.
Many women have weight that’s concentrated in a certain area, which sometimes results in “fit” problems especially for pull-on’s.
Pull-on’s tend to be less stretch in the waist in order to help with tummy control but what if you tend to carry weight in the mid-section?
I have thicker thighs so I tend to stick with my true size large/14 unless it’s one of her pieces that has that 6-8 pct spandex, then I size down.
My waist is smaller than my bust and hips so I normally do okay with her pull-on’s as long as I totally ignore what the host and Diane are saying about sizing down. 😁
You really have to understand “your” size and shape and make the necessary adjustments based on DG2 sizing.
Dang, seems like so much work and head thought is required.
Unless…you’re built like the HSN model, Victoria. 🤔
