Delayed Shipping
I’ve been a long time HSN customer and have never experienced the degree of shipping issues I have within the past 6 months.
Why wouldn’t the host advise potential customers of shipping delays during presentations. 50% of items I have ordered are now delayed. A few days before an expected delivery, I receive an email advising of delayed delivery… if I’d known these items were not available to be shipped, I would not have ordered since I purchased for a specific occasion…
Also, quality control is lacking. I’ve received a number of items where the wrong size was shipped… fortunately,customer service was great and resolved the issue.
Is this the new norm for HSN… honestly, HSN has lost credibility because of the failure to address shipping delays up front.

I totally agree, shipping has been horrible. I actually followed up on an item that’s been in packaging for 7 days!
I was told by representative that the warehouse my item is coming from is experiencing delays.
My last two items even came in Q-packaging although it was an HSN product.
Transparency has never been HSN’s strong suit.

i just loxted this. you can buy the same products in your local stores. im sending mine right back to hsn as soon as they come the day they deliver them. im fed up with hsn. it’s time somone busy hsn streaght out and change the name ,start over. think of a name and post it on here and we take a vote on the bext name for the new buyer to rename.

I have been with HSN for years and I too have been totally disgusted at how long I now have to wait for everything I order. I’m beginning to wonder if I should just give up on hsn, tired of waiting so long.

I’m also a long-time customer here. Every single time I call CS, they tell me it’s a little bit a delay at their warehouse. Items I ordered on Jun 17, 21, still in Packaging.
I’m also very tired of this.
I guess it’s only HSN with issues, as I ordered from QVC, item HSN don’t have, they shipped the second day. Ordered from Andrew L. shipped NEXT DAY.
Plus, on my return, I had to call after 7 days, as it was still not refunded, nor showed returned.
Plus, another 5 days to actually get a refund.
I’ll stay with Amazon as I get my orders next day or in 2 days and refund is immediate.
