can u compare DG2 vs Iman anyone?

I have liked Iman’s pants and the fit for a long time. Never purchased her jeans. I dislike the smell associated with DG jeans. They always come with a horrific smell that takes about 5-10 washes to dissipate. I am not crazy about that mesh band in Iman’s various pants and I’ve cut it out. In the past her Ponte fabric was terrific. This year’s almost sold out Ponte pants had a tight waistband and less thick Ponte fabric. I kept them because the fit is good. I may end up cutting into the waistband or they might stretch out enough.

Would you say the sizes are comparable? If I wear size 8 in DG2 jeans, would I wear size 8 in Iman jeans?

Hi Sherryrose, I own lots of both and have liked Iman’s jeans for years. I actually like her jeans better than DG2 as they don’t get stretched out and are very comfortable. I can’t speak for her new ones though with the mesh band, but I did buy them with the matching blazer in 3 colors.
