"As is" clothing?
Has anyone had any luck with buying “as is” clothing. I never have. There is something I would like. It’s not worth sending it back. I’m sure I would be charged for a return.

I’ve had nothing but bad luck with “As Is” items! Once purchased a pair of “As Is” Bearpaw boots and they arrived looking extremely used. There was mud (at least I hope it was mud) and pebbles stuck in the creases on the bottoms of them. Not clothes related…..but also once purchased a “As Is” sheet set, and it was all snagged and obviously slept on a bunch. Plus, it was covered in dog fur and oddly enough there was sunflower shells all folded up in the sheets. Yes, sunflower shells! So gross and such an odd thing to find with your just purchased sheet set.

That’s why I never purchased as is! Was afraid of what might show up.Thanks for the heads up!

I’ve twice gotten as is from QVC when I don’t order as is. This last one was a 2 for 1 price and I had to wash the one of them because of the perfume. They really need to check out the returns and pay attention before they send it off to another customer and don’t ever give them as is if they didn’t order it.

I received my “as is” Iman cuffed jeans yesterday. I really wanted another gray pair. I have the straight & one pair of the cuffed in gray. The “as is” was up one size. I think they may have been washed & dried. They are almost identical. Anyway, I am very happy & will use as is again. Thank you HSN & everyone that told me to go for it.

That’s wonderful! I am glad you are happy with your purchase!

I’ve ordered ‘as is’ items several times and so far never been disappointed. I hope they mostly send items that have been samples, modeled or perhaps returned never used. It would totally turn me off if I received an item that was obviously worn numerous times.

I purchased one As Is, it was fine. I did wash it before wearing.

I have purchased Skechers as is from the Q and they were like brand new! Since they are washable, I washed them after trying on for size but before wearing them without socks. No issues but they were returnable in case they didn’t fit or were defective, so no risk really. And, let’s face it, if I were buying shoes at a retailer, someone would have tried them on already, right? I say, go for it!

I’ve bought many “as is” items from QVC & they mostly all have worked out just fine. You can still return them if they don’t work for you.

I have assisted many customers who purchased As-Is items, and the majority are satisfied with their products. We are here to help, if you ever have an issue with a purchase.
