Arggg…AGAIN, Lack of Petite!!
I would’ve ordered Nina Leonard’s Smocked Waist Maxi Dress 862-003; but, NO, not offered in petites! I refuse to purchase and hem.
We are an invisible demographic most often. So frustrating and so common that designers are ignoring us! I guess they don’t care about missing out on $ revenue from petite customers.

She did say that it is rather long but that you could adjust the top part though to make it hit a little shorter… I can’t imagine that making that much of a difference though?!🤷♀️

Yes, Beachbabe we left out. Few years ago I went on here urging all shorties to complain all at once. To me, insult is added when they offer petite jeans. The easiest to hem & least costly. We are told we need 5 tops for each pant. Well, aint possible on these 2 sites. I have just realzed probably the worst thing most designers do. My hobby since retirement is cooking :), & I eat most of it. So…began ordering XL tops & wondered why they were so ill fitting-even t’s. Prejudice for anyone larger. From xs thru lg, sizes increase by 2 inches. After that, ha, increase is 3 inches sometimes more depending on designer. Sickening, yet interesting as the average American woman wears between size 16 & 20!
I now search for petite tops, and wow some really pretty, and not the same old, safe, boring styles sold on the 2 shopping sites. Often better prices as well.
