Why has Antthony not appeared on live tv since the network moved to PA? He’s been represented by Angie. Why?

I watched Antthony’s designs presentation on Tuesday, and it was hard. I miss him immensely and the representative for him does not do him justice. But, I do understand Antthony not appearing in person without a contract. Come on HSN, do better!
