Won't buy again!
I just purchased a Cricut machine in March and it hasn’t even been opened yet, still making my flex payments and of course they come out today with a newer better model, asked if I could return the other one to replace it with the newer more expensive one (pay for full) and they said I was past the window of return. I won’t be buying any other electronic devices as their return window on them is not reasonable, not even enough time to try them out and find out if you like them.

They give you a full month to try something out and about another month to receive it and send it back. I think it’s 60 days altogether. I asked them about their return policy recently because I was confused by how long I actually had. I’m not defending hsn because I’m not a fan of theirs, but I don’t know of anywhere else off hand where you can try something out for a month and then send it back if you just don’t like it. If you bought the machine in March and it is now 1/3 of the way into June and you still haven’t opened it, what were you saving it for? What is your idea of a reasonable return period? Hsn’s is typical and maybe even at least a bit better. The machine must be covered by some sort of warranty longer than a month, maybe a year, I don’t know, I don’t have a cricut machine, in case there’s something wrong with it.
That happened to me once with something else, but not with hsn. I even asked the manufacturer if they had a newer model coming out soon. They said no, I bought the current one, and soon afterwards a newer one came out. Not immediately, though, and I was annoyed and disappointed, more because I had asked before buying than for any other reason, but I kept the one I had. By then I didn’t have a choice any more than you do.
