This air fryer stopped working after only 3 months. Supposedly, Wolfgang Puck allows returns with a receipt but we no longer had it. HSN told us that they do not have the ability to go back and find receipts. Hahaha. Seriously? Target can do this just fine. So, now we’re out of luck getting refunded because of HSN’s outdated computer system and poor service. DON’T SHOP HERE! Oh, and be weary of Wolfgang Puck cooking appliances as well. They don’t seem to last long at all.

I have a receipt for everything I ever purchased from all shopping channels – in my email & there were some paper receipts also. Search in your email under Customer Service or HSN Customer Service, etc.

@elim007, do you still have your emails from when you bought the air fryer or when it shipped? They should be receipts.

Did you try checking with the MODS within Community? They may be able to help and to give you a few extra days for the return.
