Video replay not working on fire 10 slim browers

Anyone else unable to playback the videos on recent products using Amazon Fire 10″ tablet with silk browser. I see video with CC caption but no sound even turning off CC caption, still no sound. ???

I have an Amazon Fire tablet as well. It is not Silk’s problem, but rather the IT within HSN is not giving us the opportunity to listen to many of the presentations. If you go into the Customer Service area within Community you will notice many giving the same complaints. What I have found that works is going into the same item with a different presentation such as today’s TS when it is being televised. Hope this helps.

  I’m having the same problem but using my I Pad pro. Old videos play fine but new videos only close caption NO sound. It’s very frustrating because if you have to read the script you can’t focus on the items. I’ve already complained but still not resolved. At least I’m saving money bc I can’t sit on the couch all day watching HSN.
  Hope you have better luck getting their attention.
