USPS won't except address given
I printed a label from HSN for a Chromebook I need to return. PO says it’s the wrong address. My 30 days is almost up [THE 14th].My car is not working & I have to mail from home. I got a label printed from HSN but Google says its Esi Enterprises.inc. I tried to make a label & pay for shipping but USPS says can’t accept. I don’t know where or what to do.

Let me mention my experience: I ordered 2 sets of South Street Coastal Microfiber Sheet Sets in Twin size (item #854-623) … one set in Sand Dollar print and the other set in Scallop. I received the Sand Dollar print set, and they are wonderful … pretty and so soft! However, instead of receiving the Scallop print, I received Coral Pink solid. I called to speak with a Rep and she was kind enough to process the exchange. She ordered the Scallop print for me, and I sent back the Coral Pink solid the next morning via the UPS label enclosed with the product. Well, lo and behold, yesterday I received the replacement and guess what! The manufacturer/warehouse sent me Coral Pink AGAIN (not the Scallop print)! So, of course, I called HSN and spoke with a Rep. This time I asked to exchange the CORAL PINK for the Sea Shell print (because I was afraid I would GET Coral Pink AGAIN and because I was guessing that they may be out of the Scallop print). Just this morning I sent the “replacement” package back to them via UPS. Hopefully, I will NOT receive Coral Pink for the THIRD TIME!!! And, I am hoping that they credit me as they did not record the price as “$0.00” on the second replacement. The Rep told me that she would put a note for them to credit me and not charge a fee for the return label as it was not my fault that they keep sending me Coral Pink! She told me that only ONE (1) exchange is allowed and that is why she had to put a price in the replacement exchange order (or, at least, that is what I understand from the explanation). Since it is not my fault, I (hopefully) will be credited and not be charged for the return label. (I will definitely be watching). I hope they follow through as I do not plan to pay for three sets of sheets as I purchased only two sets of sheets (and sent the two sets of Coral Pink sets back as they were the WRONG ones)! HSN, overall, does a great job, but I am thinking that the bin in that warehouse is marked with the wrong color/print code number or something is not quite right in regard to these sheet sets. I rarely do returns … unless they send me the wrong item OR I don’t like the look of an article of clothing on me. After reading some of the experiences here, I will think twice about purchasing certain items. Thanks for your comments, because your experiences help others.

I had the same issue with a NONO hair removal device that was a cheap device & defective. It was a nightmare to return it!
HSN sells a lot of merchandise that is being sold directly from the seller & when it comes time to return it is a huge ordeal.
Customer service said they had to contact the company & they would send me a return label through the US mail & I asked why the company can’t email me one it would be faster; they stated the company only sends them by US mail & it would arrive in two weeks.
After 2 1/2 weeks I call HSN & told them I never received the return label in the mail from the company that sells the NONO Device.
They said the company is now emailing the return labels out they are no longer using the US mail. I told customer service it has been over 2 weeks & I never received it by US Mail or by email.
They told me they would contact them again and have them email me a return label & just be patient they would send one to me it may take a few days.
After several days I still did not receive a return label.
After many calls to HSN & speaking to several managers & getting absolutely no where being told many different things & them trying to email me a label themselves which they wanted to do but it was impossible on their end, so it never happened,
I finally spoke to one manager who actually helped me and refunded me it went through after 24 hours. It was close to 3 months later that this was finally resolved.
He said I did not have to return it, and he would make sure I received a refund. He even called me after a couple of days afterwards to make sure I received the refund.
It was defective so I threw it out or I would have given it away.
I am very careful or try to be on what I order from HSN I have had too many bad experiences with returns & even receiving items at times. -
@mamawjean5, it looks like this item is shipped directly from the vendor and unfortunately doesn’t have a prepaid return label option. You’d need to return the item on your own to the address listed below.

I have a similar problem with a defective charger I recieved in June. I sent it back on July 15th.
USPS didn’t recognize the Florida address, even if it is one I printed from the order. Customer service refused to refund the 32.oo dollars I paid for a charger that was pulled from HSn after 1 month from the horrible reviews. They are still on the website.
I want the 11.60 back I paid to send back the defective charger. Please send me the refund.

ESI Enterprises is probably the vendor that sells the Chromebook to HSN. See what the Mods tell you.

Try going into the Customer Service area within Community. The Mods there are very helpful and try to respond the same day.
