Cannot get the promo codes to work on the Nova website. One of several issues with the purchase of this laptop from HSN and HP.

Purchased the LINSAY 10.1″ HD 64GB Quad-Core Tablet and the promo codes included from Novadevelopment.com/promo/46182 are not available. Can’t access Office Suite at all on the site. I bought this tablet for OFFICE.
