Tracfone fraud

I purchased Blu Tracfone unlimited “ talk/text/data on May 1, 2024, received May 7, 2024, supposedly good for one year. Hyped by host and rep. from Tracfone. Turns out data was not unlimited. Fine. Added at extra cost to me. Yesterday, July 7, phone cut off in middle of conversation. Tracfone says my plan is 1500/ talk/text. NOT what they said when I activated.
Have contacted HSN “sorry for your disappointment with your order, cannot issue replacement/refund because beyond 30 days”, contacted Tracfone: “Your plan is 1500 talk/text.
DO NOT EVER BELIEVE HSN WHEN DEALING WITH OUTSIDE VENDOR. I’ve ordered thousands of dollars worth of products from HSN/QVC. Have never been so deceived with no recourse. Never ever ordering anything from HSN again.

I have used Tracfone for years with no problem. I did notice, however, since Verizon took them over (I think it is Verizon) the service plans are not as attractive. I am still going to use Tracfone because in the end it is less expensive than a Verizon/Xfinity line in my area.

  Yeah, I liked Tracphone before Verizon took it over too. I still use it, but you used to be able to transfer the years worth of 1500 minutes, text and data to the Tracphone you
  already have. That’s what I used to do. It would be like $50-60 for the phone and 1500 of text, minutes and data. Now you can’t do that any more since Verizon took over. I returned my phone for that reason and because it wasn’t 5G.
