Took my money

I just tried flex post and they charged me $196 then denied me! When will I get my money back. This is crazy

took my money too, been “dealing” with them since last July. I returned my Trac Phone with a label they sent me only to never get my money back or a replacement phone. I have spoken with people from all over the planet to correct this error of theirs, oh well. There goes another Hundred plus dollars…….
