I just purchased the Bissell Crosswave wet/dry vacuum. I can’t find the model number anywhere and customer service said they don’t know what it is either. I can’t even find this color (blue) on Amazon or Bissel’s website. Why can’t they provide the model #? I’m wanting to know if what I paid is a good deal.

  look for the serial number. typy in the serial number it should bring up.the model number. if not, call bissell and tell them you want your money back. if bissel refuses, sue bissell. also call your state attorney general and tell them this. they will investigate bissell and hsn.
