Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a tv and a PS4 bundle because I was super excited about moving into new apartment next week and out of nowhere my order gets canceled. I was told to call another number to “verify information”. So i called that number , gave him my phone number because that was what was missing and they then told me the number couldn’t be verified back to me. First off it made NO sense considering that my PHONE account is under MY name and they just treated me like absolute trash when I got frustrated. There was no reason why I shouldn’t have been verified. They are issuing a refund and told me I’d get my refund Monday or Tuesday but honestly I would never order from this place again. They didn’t give me any explanation and they are terrible TERRIBLE people. Never AGAIN!
