Tech Impressions Cube 9-Device Surge Protector
I’m sharing my experience in case anyone else has issues with these units or with anything else sold under the Tech Impressions name. I can’t stress enough to save documentation. Also – keep an eye on the unit operational lights!
I purchased 3 of these in 2024. The surge protection is no longer working on any of them (i.e. red light glowing). All are still under warranty.
Last week I sent an email to them at improvements@synergyrecommerce.com (listed on the warranty info) but have had no reply. Today I called them at 866-272-5526 (via the warranty info). Note – I wasn’t sure if this number was legit since they did not identify themselves as a company when my call was answered.
I mentioned to “Sandra” that I had sent an email detailing my problem with photos, so she checked with the warranty dept. and found my email. So that clarified that they were the correct company since she had only asked for my name. I had attached photos of each of the units showing the red lights and included the HSN invoices showing the dates ordered, etc. Anyway, they will send replacements (currently backordered) within 14-21 business days.
