Special delivery of Samsung 85 TV…NOT
We purchased the 85inch Samsung TV. Was to be delivered by special delivery that was to include set up too. One person showed on delivery, and he needed my help to get it inside house. He would not help any further, refused to unbox and setup, was not his job. He really could not leave quick enough. It currently sits on floor, as I can not put it onto cabinet.

The bad thing is Samsung TV’s have great a picture when you have one, sound & other features but for now I’m not willing to give them anymore of our money after purchasing 6 TV’s in the last 4 yrs and to be treated the way I have been Their lost. I really think you will love the TV if everything works. The purchase you make was a white glove service which always comes with free set-up. They should have waited until your set-up could be done. Not good customer service @ all. Great customer service keeps customers coming back to shop even when they don’t need anything. I have worked in the industry and people love great customer service.

I hope you don’t have to use your warranty. I purchased (2) 50″ TV’s Nov of 2020 and 1 of them just went to a black/blue screen and you have to unplug it to turn it off. I called HSN they told me to call the phone number on the card that came with the TV. I did not receive a card I received a letter of congrats for my warranty. Well I’ve been calling the number since Sept and they keep telling different things but it all came back to them telling me my warranty had expired 2021 and that they NEVER offer extended warranties. All of the supervisor and service reps @ HSN were of no help except 1 Jo-Ann. I placed 3-way call with her on the line she verified the extended warranty and we both were still told they don’t do extended warranties. And I told the man I had my TV on HSN & they were running that promo as we were speaking he was very very rude and continued to tell me my warranty had expired & they don’t never do extended warranties. I felt bad for Jo-Ann because she apologizing for his rudeness. She was the only person at HSN I felt who did her job and I really really appreciate that. Its been 3 months now and still no TV or payment to purchase another. I wish we would have purchased them @ Sam’s club they honor their warranties and have greeeat customer service. I wish you the best I suggest you check-out the warranty before you have to use it.
