software bundle
anytime i receive a software bundle with electronics, i cannot get the activation to work. does anyone else have this issue?

I used to have that problem with the computers from HSN and asked that they stop adding things on to make it more expensive and less memory. I now purchase elsewhere where it is easier to return when something goes wrong.
