Samsung Galaxy A10e w 1500min

I just purchased the phone it came with 1500 text, 1500 minutes and 1500 data but this is not showing received in my bucket after activation.

My question is am I suppose to recieve 1500 in each bucket because that is how I understand it works.
I had in my bucket before activation on old phone :

TXT 16145
Customer Rep said it takes a few days for the bucket to update
Checked today and I have
GB 9.17
Min 19883
TXT 17635

To me this does not look like 1500 was added to each bucket
