Samsung 75" Q60B 4K QLED Smart TV with Solar Remote & 2-Year Warranty
I am loving my smart TV. Once I was advised of the shipping and the delivery company CEVA. I looked them up and got in touch with them.
I did have to call twice, both times the person was helpful, professional and polite. I was advice TV was coming from California. I live in Florida. The TV is beautiful, great picture. I didn’t like the remote that comes with it, it’s tiny and difficult to use. So I ordered a different remote on Amazon, it’s larger, better, lots of buttons. One that takes you straight to Amazon Prime Video. One that takes you straight to Netflix. And the remote was only $10.99 Universal Remote Control for All Samsung TV LCD, LED, QLED, UHD,HDTV CURVED PLASMA 4K 3D SMART TV’s WITH BUTTONS FOR NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO AND SMART HUB.
I hope you guys don’t have to use the warranty because HSN will not help & at this time I’ve been waiting since Sept 30.2022, for Samsung to fix a TV I purchased in 2020, with a 2-yr warranty. I’m so tired of them cancelling my tickets after we get off the phone & I have to start all over with a new person. I just hope you don’t need service. We love our Samsung TVs, and if we purchase another one it will be from Sam’s club, I knew they honor their warranties with no problem & great customer service.
I bought the same TV but a 65 inch. I am loving my TV as well. The vendor talked about having a remote charger, but I never saw a charger with my order.
