If you returned the merchandise to HSN using the return label on the back of your receipt form and used UPS, then there should be a number on the bottom left area of your receipt form. It would be next to the area you used for the return label. If you did not return the package through UPS or a UPS store and instead sent it by USPS, then wait three or four days from the time you shipped it back. You can check on this. by going into ypur order history and clicking on their item number for the purchase. This will bring you into Order Summary. If it has been processed there should be something written in red on the right side after the total amount. May be just the amount discounted.
