Received empty iPhone box on Christmas

I ordered my son a iPhone 8 Plus from HSN. I have ordered from here in the past, no issues. So I left the phone wrapped in its original packaging and just wrapped the whole package in wrapping paper. My son opened it Christmas morning and there was no phone in the box. Only a charger and earphones. No pamphlet or any booklet. The adhesive on the bubble wrap had been opened and taped with clear plastic tape. It’s Christmas Day so I have to wait until morning to call. My son is so sad. I requested a replacement and when it arrives I want to pick it up directly from UPS

Did you report this to customer service? If not, suggest you use their thread which is part of the community board. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also, you will receive a faster reply.
