Poor customer service
I called HSN with a question about
the today’s special. I waited more than 3 minutes for Patrice to come on say my name and to tell me she could not hear me and she quickly disconnected the call.
Thank you Patrice for saving me money. I will not purchase the HP from HSN. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

She saved you more then you know. Go to the http://www.ripoffreport.com, website and checking out all the complaints against HP, they too have poooorrr customer service & they don”t honor their warranties. I love the rip-off website it has saved me some headaches & money.

Hi mick92. Hmm…. There is someone else below who posted some info on the TSV which is the HP. Sometimes, you need to do some research to see if the computers are something you can use. Try either going to the HP website, Best Buy, etc. to obtain some info and to read the product reviews. HSN has a habit of adding other programs that you may or may not be interested in, thus taking up more memory. You can also try contacting Customer Service again or watch the videos beginning at midnight and throughout the day. The hosts have different views and your question may have been snswered.
