Order STILL in packaging
My order has been in packaging since December 10th and I really needed this gift before Christmas but status has been packaging for almost 2 Weeks now.I’m trying my best not to get frustrated but this is the only gift I purchased for a Christmas gift and I really need it.

Well brace yourself, most likely, they are out of stock. I ordered a set of Luminara candles on December 3rd, to be sent to my family in Ohio for Christmas, and the status on my order STILL says packaging. Customer Service gave me similar explanations, from, they’re waiting on the vendor, or, they can’t do anything, because my order is with the vendor and waiting to be shipped out. When I wanted to cancel it, they told me to wait 3 business days, but there was no guarantee it would be cancelled. It wasn’t. Getting tired of this, I wrote Luminara to ask if my order really was waiting on them? Luminara told me, they had fulfilled their supply with HSN, so it had to be HSN’s supply ran out, so now they are backlogged and they should have indicated that. No. HSN said nothing, but still took people’s orders, leading customers to think their orders would be fulfilled in time for Christmas with “estimated delivery” dates, such as the one I was given of December 14th! They lied. One Customer Service person finally told me, she learned that my order would not be sent out until around the middle of JANUARY! I’m still trying to cancel my order, as there is NOTHING TO BE SENT OUT IN PACKAGING! Good luck with your order. I will never order from HSN again.

I am so sorry to hear that. Sadly they canceled my order themselves yesterday morning with no warning and I was livid they said the order was out of stock and sent a $5 credit. I definitely will not be ordering from them ever again.

IF they had been watching their supply with each order placed, they would have been able to indicate on line, that they were SOLD OUT. It’s the same with my order. Like many of us, you were led to believe you’d get your order by Christmas. IF you had known they were out of stock, you would not have found yourself in this position. As for me, I am TRYING to get my order cancelled, because a Christmas present delivered in the middle of January is NOT Christmas and as the phrase goes, “The thrill is gone.” They owe me this courtesy, as I did not pay for my package to be delivered in January, especially when right now, they HAVE NOTHING IN STOCK! Basically, they are holding my order hostage. Like many, I will NEVER order from HSN again.
