Nova development software

I purchased the apple ipad, received it yesterday and am unable to activate the nova development software. The website is saying the promo code 45804 is not found. Please help I am so not happy

Same issue here. Promo code doesn’t work to activate the items paid for!

I too have the same problem. HSN has sent me three vouchers all with the same promo number. That number does not work. When we purchased this iPad, we were promised $500 worth of software which we did not get. I am very unhappy. Obviously, HSN is aware of this problem. I wish they would help us!!

I’m very sorry your promo code for the software is not working properly, @vhuettl. I’ve reached out to the vendor to get a new voucher code for you. Though it normally happens quicker, please allow up to 21 days for this to reach you.
