Hi. Please process our refund because my order was cancelled. My hubby is most disappointed and we need this money back on our card so we can get the items from Amazon.
It’s my understanding that credit cards are not charged until the item has shipped. When you order something those funds are placed “on hold” to be sure they are available when your card is actually charged. I think it can take up to 3 days for the hold to drop off but not positive about that. The best thing you can do is call customer service and explain the situation. Hopefully they will drop the hold on those funds and make them available immediately. Good luck.
