My order
When I called in with a question about my order status the women in customer service was abrupt and really short with her answers before I could even finish my question it was answered which wasn’t related to my question.i still don’t have an answer as to where my order is .it’s been twelve days since the order was placed

I found using chat or using the Customer Service thread within community is better and more efficient. The chat segment you can find where your original order is located. Prior to using chat you will need the Order number so they can quickly check on it. You will need to go into your order to see the chat area on your left.
Do not give your oreder number out when sending a note to customer service using their thread. If they need additional info they will ask for it and likely give you a way to respond without having other customers see it. Good luck.
