My order was denied but my money was still took
I placed an order and it said my payment method was denied but it still took my money and the order is not showing up in my order history and I don’t have a order number how do I get my money back

If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company and tell them you’re disputing the charges and why. If you used a debit card, contact your financial institution and tell them you’re disputing the charges and why. The credit card company will usually credit your account right away.
