Misleading Fitbit Information

The hosts and tech specialist selling the Fitbit Versa 2 and lite version are giving inaccurate information and misleading us. The watches do not work with all phones or compatible with all phones. Many phones will not work properly with the app or even connect properly with the watches. Even the Fitbit tech support could not help and suggested returning the watch. before selling or buying the watches. Had to return my watch. Wasn’t compatible.
