MacBook Air Shipment
I ordered a MacBook Air on April 19th. It’s May 19th and I do NOT have my laptop. HSN changed the delivery date several times. What is going on? Do they try to help customers?
Now, you’ve cancelled my order for the Macbook Air. Your website says it’s SOLD OUT now. I assumed I’d be able to get the laptop because when I ordered it, the site didn’t list it as SOLD OUT. I was told that the laptop would be shipped May 29. Why would you do this? I feel like I’ve been lied to over and over. I was happy to know that I could purchase this laptop on the 6 Flexpay option. I’m sitting here in tears over this. HSN, how can you do business like this? I really hate that I’ve allowed this to upset me to the point of tears. You took my money and kept telling me that the laptop would arrive soon. I guess the 6 Flexpay was too good to be true afterall.
Bamagradgirl I feel your pain. However, the best advice I have for you is to contact the Customer Service area within Community. Those mods are wonderful to work with. Maybe they can come up with some magic for you.
