Lost ipad

I ordered an iPad for my 12 yr old daughter on November 30, after checking order status several times it says shipped. But it hasn’t moved in 12 days. Still saying shipped. Spoke to a customer service rep who informs to me to check again a couple of days or maybe a refund. I Informed’s them that I don’t want a refund I want the item it was the only gift I could afford to give her this year. Still checking and still no movement. And now I have to figure out what to tell her about a gift for Christmas . I see now that most of the items are sold out and I have no idea what to do at this point. I gave them my order number and still nothing. Is there something someone ca tell me about what to do.

    I’m in the same boat with a laptop for my husband. I have the same thing there – it’s sold out now. I ordered on the 30th. It had a shipping label printed on Dec 2nd or 3rd and it hasn’t been sent out. I was told I have to wait until the 17th to get a refund b/c it might be lost….I told them it’s not lost it just hasn’t shipped. <fingers crossed for you>

    Due to the pandemic, many items are on extended back order which has caused many shipping delays. If you received a tracking number, call the carrier directly (UPS, FedEx, etc) and set up tracking and delivery alerts on your cell phone. Beware of an ongoing holiday shipping scam where you receive a phished email stating that your item has shipped and they want your personal information (user name and password) to verify it. Hope that helped.

    I have UPS Premium My Choice. I see the label for my MacBook Air bundle has been created and that’s it. The item has NOT been given to UPS. It was suppose to delivery by 12/10. It’s still waiting to be sent to UPS from the warehouse in NJ. My item is coming from an external vendor and not from HSN per the rep I chatted with this weekend. I have to wait until Thursday, the 17th before I can cancel or ask for a refund to try to order this laptop from somewhere else and hope to receive it for Christmas. I can see others that ordered this same item have already received their item (albeit many said in the wrong color)…. this isn’t inspiring confidence. My item isn’t lost – it just hasn’t shipped.
