I ordered two they changed me the full price for both. Now today I received another one I didn’t order. That’s full price. I’m trying to figure out how I can send it back. Not happy at all.

I’m truly sorry for any concern we’ve caused with these computers, @sad28. After reviewing your account, I see that 2 computers were ordered on 11/3 in blue and lavender. The discount was applied to the second computer, however it was canceled, along with the discount leaving only the blue. A second set of computers were ordered in the same colors. One was ordered 11/3 and the second was ordered 11/4. I’m happy to share that the discount was applied to the second computer for this set, as well. It will show as full price on your statement, however there is also a $100 discount included on the order. Because only one of the 4 computers was canceled, the other three were shipped. 2 were full price, with the 3rd being discounted. These are still within the Holiday Return timeframe. Using the included EZ Return label you can send back the computes you didn’t want to keep. These do make great gifts! 🙂 Thank you for your understanding, Nancy!
